Listening Partnerships
You will learn the guidelines for creating a listening partnership. This is a specific skill you can use in your circles where in groups of 2 people issues can be discussed within a clear format so that both people get an equal opportunity to talk and listen. You will have the opportunity to practice this skill and chose a listening partner to continue your practice after the session
Raising Up Quiet Voices
This technique will give people who may be new to your circle or tend to be less likely to talk in a wider group the opportunity to speak in a one to one setting so they can build their confidence to speak up in a larger group. People who tend to talk more than others will also be held in a way that they can practice listening skills so that they feel more comfortable listening to others in a group setting.
Return Half Price
Once you have attended this 60 minute training you have the opportunity to return as many times as you like at a half price rate to practice your shared listening skills. You will receive your half price discount code at the end of the training.
