Take your first brave step...

Jen Douglas, Attendee, Self Study Training

“I really enjoyed this course. It was self paced.. it was very informative and inspiring. It was packed with great content, including video tutorials and exercises to work through. So by the end of the course, I had my first circle all ready to go, which I am really excited about. ”

  • It isn’t just a chit chat, but a space to be yourself: whatever you are that day, whether to be strong or fall apart.  It’s a different kind of environment to go inwards. You might not have that space normally depending on your situation, like if you have children or are a carer.  In the circle, you don’t have to be fixed, you are heard.  I’ve always felt nourished in that space. • I found Julia & Tessa’s training so informative and inspirational. I would recommend it to anyone working in a wellbeing setting. Caroline MacKay
