MENTORING AND COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment

All mentoring and coaching packages must be paid for in full either by online payment or by bank transfer before the first scheduled Zoom meeting.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your package, a minimum of seven days' notice before the first scheduled Zoom meeting is required for a refund to be considered.

No refunds will be issued once the package has commenced.

Package Validity

Your first mentoring session must take place within two months of purchase.

All coaching packages run from the date of the first session and are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase. Any unused sessions, email support or package benefits remaining after the package end date will be forfeited.

Scheduled Sessions

If you need to reschedule a Zoom session, at least 48 hours' notice is required. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited."

Session Recordings

Where recordings are provided, these are for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed or reproduced without permission.

Ongoing Support

Where support is included within your package, I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours,

Monday to Friday.

Please note that support is provided via email and WhatsApp only and does not extend to text messages, social media messaging platforms or other communication channels.

Your Commitment

Mentoring and coaching are collaborative processes. My role is to provide guidance, support, accountability, information and practical suggestions based on my experience and expertise.

You remain responsible for making decisions, taking action and implementing any recommendations discussed during our work together.

I cannot undertake business tasks or complete work on your behalf nor can I guarantee any specific business, financial or personal outcomes. Results will depend on many factors, including your own actions and circumstances.

Scope of Support

Mentoring and coaching are not the same as counselling, psychotherapy or mental health support. I am unable to provide counselling services or support for significant mental health concerns. If you are unsure whether mentoring is appropriate for your needs, please book a discovery call before purchasing a package so we can discuss whether this service is the right fit for you.

Confidentiality

Please be assured that any information shared during mentoring sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your permission, unless in the unlikely event it is required by law.
